Please Share Your Potty Training Tips!

Please tell me someone has the secret to potty training a nonverbal (for the most part) 2 1/2 year old girl? I’ll love you forever! It’s been so long since I potty trained my son..
HELP!
Any and all tips would be appreciated! The potty pictured is the one that’s sitting here just waiting for Juliet’s little behind to be sitting on it!

Find what works for your kids…for mine it was competition. I used stickers, rewards, threats, time-out, nothing worked. then one day i realized my girls was super-competitive. I told her “I bet I can pee on the potty faster than you” and since then she has never ahad an accident (except at night).

That was a great idea! Unfortunately if I tried that with my daughter she would probably just look at me like “ok, go ahead!” LOL
