They are machine washable which is great. I got the 15lb one for my seven year old son.. I am not sure if it works yet - he likes it ! Doesn't the fleece on both sides of the blanket make it very warm. I am thinking about purchasing one but want to make sure I can machine wash and dry the blanket we get and that it is not too warm for my son as he is a hot sleeper.
